Cancellation policy

For my clients, you receive an automated text message 48 hours prior to your booking. For many of you, its an automatic response as soon as you receive the text from us, however we understand that most of you will get back to us as soon as you have a moment.

I appreciate my clients have busy lives and that this is just one more thing to remember to do. However, due to the intensive nature of my business, when you book an appointment with me I commit my time and skill to take care of you.

Late cancellations and clients who fail to turn up to their booking affect me significantly, and so consequently, I have to adhere to a cancellation policy.

I understand that sometimes no matter how much you might be looking forward to your appointment, things change. Sickness, work commitments, family obligations can all get in the way. If a crisis occurs we will completely understand that you need to reschedule and will do everything to accommodate.

However, clients who just don’t turn up, or cancel at the last minute affect use greatly and so we have had to implement a policy to counter this growing trend.

As a courtesy to you, I make every effort to confirm all appointments prior to the day of your booking.

I respectfully ask that you confirm your appointment within 24 hours of the booked time either via the text you get sent. I need a minimum of 24 hours notice for appointment cancellations to give me time to fill the vacant spot. If the time is filled, I will waive the cancellation fee.

Should you not be able to give me 24 hours notice I will endeavour to fill your appointment time with someone else however this time has been allocated to you and therefore failure to give us sufficient notice or to make a scheduled appointment will result in a charge of 50% of the booked treatment cost. You will need to pay this fee prior to booking any future appointments with me.

I hope you understand the value of my time and the necessity to ask for as much cancellation notice as possible.
